Jewellery Care

Each Realm piece is sculpted by hand, designed to be worn and treasured over time. With a little care, your jewellery will continue to evolve with you.

We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, exercising, showering, sleeping or using household chemicals. Store pieces separately in a clean, dry place to protect them from scratches and damage.

To clean gold and platinum, gently wash with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush, then dry with a soft cloth. An ultrasonic cleaner can also be used, avoid putting any stones other than diamond, sapphire and ruby. Silver may naturally tarnish over time. A jewellery polishing cloth can be used to restore shine where appropriate.

Take extra care with delicate chains, pearls and precious stones. Avoid knocks, harsh chemicals and activities that may compromise a stone or its setting.

Ring Sizing

Finding the right fit is important. We recommend having your finger professionally sized by a jeweller before ordering, particularly for engagement and bespoke rings. Finger size can fluctuate with temperature, so aim for a comfortable fit that allows the ring to pass over your knuckle.

Resizing & Repairs

Realm offers resizing, cleaning and repair services to help care for your jewellery over time. As each piece is individually crafted, the suitability and cost of any work will depend on its design, materials and stone settings.
