Considered Purchases

Each Realm piece is sculpted and finished by hand, often using unique stones and materials. We encourage you to choose thoughtfully, and are always happy to discuss a piece before purchase.

Due to the individual nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or personal preference.

Bespoke, made-to-order, resized, engraved and otherwise customised pieces are final sale once work has commenced.

Bespoke Commissions

A deposit is required to begin a bespoke commission. Once design work, stone sourcing or fabrication has commenced, deposits are non-refundable. If a commission is cancelled, any costs incurred up to that point will be payable.

Please ensure all design details, sizing and stone selections are confirmed before production begins.

Faulty or Damaged Pieces

We take great care in the making and finishing of every piece. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or differs from what was agreed, please contact the studio as soon as possible with your order details and photographs.

We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Our policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
