Processing & Dispatch

Each Realm piece is sculpted and finished by hand in Sydney. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched as soon as possible, while made-to-order and bespoke pieces require additional time for creation.

As each piece is unique, production timeframes vary. If you’re ordering for a special occasion, please contact the studio before placing your order to confirm timing.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post, with signature on delivery where available. Shipping costs and available options are calculated at checkout or quoted via invoice for bespoke pieces.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided by email.

International Shipping

Realm offers international shipping to selected destinations. Shipping costs, delivery timeframes and any applicable duties or taxes will depend on the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please contact the studio if you require a shipping quote or have a specific delivery request.

Delivery

We recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive your parcel. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely, delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by postal services or customs delays.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact the studio as soon as possible so we can assist.
